The character of Filip Jurkovič work reveals the experience with film, namely the screenwriting. An artists finds support, substantiation of visual performance of his ideas in literature, Nordic myths, but mainly in own internal tension. He depicts a human figure objectively, without pathos and in deliberate, explicitly aesthetic compositions, often naked male body in unusual contexts. Eroticism, exhibitionism, motives of landscape and countryside in these stage managed photographs are interwoven with poetry. He attracted an attention by his otherness, extremeness, and radical openness which can also be understood as a certain amount of provocation.
