My recent works offer complex narratives of psycho-social reflections of collective frustrations and memories. I’m trying to point to memories of universal experience, which we all, consciously or unconsciously, pass through. Creating intimate, often hypnotic atmosphere, the viewers’ engagement is subtly required through consciousness and recognition of own experience in the exhibited one. The works are small intimate debates which draw the viewer into self-reflection.

The works The stolen work and The broken object are contemplating about socially not acceptable, but strongly tempting actions of breaking and stealing,

Further more, the work is about quilt, as a consequence that these experiences awoke.

Beatification remindes us of our personal sins of hypocrisy, while the video Award deals with differrent possible ways of how to bear the universal frustration of failure.

The works are strongly related to the viewer. They require involvement through recognition. As I am a sculptor, object is one of the substantial elements of interaction.

Through latent action I am putting an object into relation to the body.

The choice of form, material, size or display of an object tempts us to interaction.

The handle that lead us to touching or destruction (The broken object), the tiny Venus we all want to own (The stolen work) or a device under which we can become a part of the installation (Beatification).

Object forces a spectator to question himself in relation to the concept.

The process is inseparable from the object. An action becomes the creation and the result.
